We respect your privacy. Mathom Solutions does not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information you give us is held with the utmost care and security, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. Basically, we do not sell or share any information at the individual level.

Non Personal Information

You can visit Mathom Solutions without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Our web servers collect domain names/IP Addresses, not your e-mail address, of visitors. This information may include the duration and time of your visit, the pages you visited, and the site that referred you to us. We may also record the name of your Internet service provider, browser type and version, and country of origin. We use this information only to measure site activity and to develop ideas for improving our site. We will not collect any personal information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals. Because Mathom Solutions is a global company, the data protection laws of your country may be more or less extensive than laws in the United States. Third Party/Channel Partners

Mathom Solutions uses the services of third party’s or channel partners for purchasing software and processing credit card transactions. As such these companies may need to collect various pieces of personal information about you in order to complete the online transaction. This may include your credit card number and email address. Each respective company has their own Privacy Policy and legal disclaimers. We have taken efforts to make sure they have a good strong privacy policy and security protection but as the web is a dynamic world, it is your responsibility to read their respective privacy and security policies.

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies, if used, do not contain any personally identifying information. They only contain a secure identifying code that we use to match you to your Personal Information whenever you return to our site. Your Personal Information is never directly connected to nor stored on your computer, but is accessed when we identify your cookie to provide you with a more personalized experience when visiting our site.

Do We Store Credit Card Information?

Mathom Solutions does NOT store Credit Card information. So your credit card information can not be stolen by means of persons illegally gaining access to customer information stored on a web server.

Mathom Solutions’ web site contains links to information on other web sites. We do not have any control over these other web sites, and therefore we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information that you provide while visiting those sites. Portions of this website may also make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to visitors. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal information.

Our Commitment to Children's Privacy:

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
